Other national visa application purposes such as sports, business purposes, employment, family reunification, etc. they will not be prioritized at the expense of the above categories.
The Embassy allocates time slots transparently in the order of delivery of applications and in accordance with the national interests of the Slovak Republic. If the applicant did not receive a time slot for submitting the application, he can submit a new request for a time slot in the following month. In this context, we would like to emphasize that due to the limited capacity of the consular section of the Slovak Embassy in Astana, applications for national visas from citizens of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are accepted as a matter of priority.
The assigned time slots are fixed and will not change. The embassy will not respond to requests to change candidates or time.
E-mails with other than the required information and e-mails that will be delivered to the e-mail box cons.astana@mzv.sk before the beginning of the ordering process (i.e. before the specified date and time and after the deadline) will be considered invalid.
If one applicant sends multiple e-mails within the specified deadline, he/she will be automatically disqualified, even if the e-mails were sent from different e-mail addresses. If it is found that the applicant has already applied for a long-term visa in previous months and this application is being processed, his e-mail will also be excluded from further processing and will be considered invalid.
Please note that attempts of automated registration using software tools may be evaluated as spam by the anti-spam security of the mzv.sk domain in order to ensure the functionality of the system for all applicants. Such registrations will not be taken into account and will not be answered.
The announcement of the date of registration for August 2023 will be published in the first half of June 2023.
Please note that the Embassy has no agreements with agencies or intermediaries related to the processing of national visas. Reservation of time slots for submitting applications for national visas is free of charge.
