Information regarding Schengen Visa

In order to apply for a Schengen Visa at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan, all applicants need to complete online applications on website: https://ezov.mzv.sk/e-zov/ and sign for a specific date and time. Personal presence of the applicant is mandatory. Applications through agent will not be accepted.

Для подачи заявления для оформления Шенгенской визы в Посольстве Словацкой Республики в Республике Азербайджан обязательно заранее заполнить заявление в электронной форме и распечатать его. Необходимо, чтобы заявитель предварительно записался на конкретную дату и время подачи документов, на интернет-сайте: https://ezov.mzv.sk/e-zov. Каждый заявитель должен предоставить все документы лично. Посольство не принимает заявки от третьих лиц.
