Applying for Schengen visa superlegalization and verification only

The e-mail requesting appointment must contain following data:
- name
- passport number
- date of birth
- requested service (e.g. superlegalization/verification or application for visa/residency with exact specification of the purpose and planned length of stay).
- if documents for superlegalization would be delivered and collected by other authorized person then the name and passport/ID number of such person have to be included too.
The Embassy is providing only limited services to non-European citizens. The visa services related to non-essential travels such as general tourism or participation in language courses are suspended until further notice. Only visitors with granted appointments will be allow to enter the premises of the Slovak Embassy in Tehran.
PLEASE NOTE that the Embassy has NO arrangements with any agency or intermediary pertaining to consular agenda. We do not charge for appointment reservations or for providing information.
Please, do not waste your money on calling agents or intermediaries.
Schengen visa applications (type C)
All applicants planning to travel to Slovakia on C visa (max. 90 days) must submit an invitation certified by the Border and Immigration Police of the Slovak Republic.
In addition to other documents necessary to submit with an application for Schengen Visa, citizens of Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan whose accommodation will not be covered by the inviting entity or private individual, are also required to submit a proof of payment for the accommodation during their stay in Slovakia (a hotel reservation is not sufficient).
Please note that only travel insurance provided by the following Iranian insurance companies are accepted: Iran Insurance, Saman Insurance, Pasargad Insurance, Parsian Insurance, Kosar Insurance and Karafarin Insurance.
